What a long day. My first time to Gleneagles hospital today as Mom had to take a x-ray. It's a pretty old hospital, yet it still exudes an old-world charm that i suppose, would never fail to intrigue a tourist. Tested out nike free v5.0 on the running route today. One phrase for it , 'super-doper.' Guess i'd soon be hooked up on running as a hobby. I'm gonna do everything that i've planned, no excuses. Live life to the fullest.

It's gonna be another long day tomorrow with performance. Time to rest well.
