Nothing /9:13 AM
Drats, I can never commit myself to post on a regular basis. I'm oft to wonder how does certain people manage to post everyday, much less talking about large ones.
Neeway, I'd just talk about my recent life happenings. Recently i got back my JAE posting results and i got posted back to JJ. I really did wish to get into Anderson though, but the contradiction is that I'd probably appeal back to JJ due to the large ease of transport as my Dad's gonna fetch me and i get to wake up 35 minutes later. JJ's not bad actually, the atmosphere and there are lots of friendly people around. But, meditate on it, there are always friendly people whenever you are, isn't it?
Then came my cousin telling me how good CJC was. Being the fickle-minded me, i had the urge to appeal there(Which have an extremely high probability of succeeding.)Reason, being that it was just an overall better JC and all that. But after realising that they pray every morning and listen to some stories, i decided that it isn't a place wasn't me even though i could just shut out away from the religion's culture.
Then again came SAJC. It was my genuine choice JC. I liked the school primarily for its coolest uniform. And i thought the new campus at potong pasir looked awesome too. However, after considering the fact that i still have to wake up about 30 mins earlier each day, and that i'd remain among the cream of the crop in JJ, I seriously made myself decide that JJ is the final place. But, somewhere within the depths of my heart, i still like SAJC! Then the contradiction comes in, teachers saying that the school isn't performing academically, and seeing a fall in its Cut-off Points for JAE this year is equally depressing. Damn what a paradoxical mind i have!
That's it, I'm staying in JJ even though I can appeal to SAJC. Well i guess i'd just gotta work hard and it'll turn out fine. Then there's this Scholarship Programme for the better scorers of their L1R5 in JJ. Luckily, i just managed to be at the borderline of their requirement and was selected.
Under this programme, everyone gotta take part in a certain programme. I'm not gonna say the details but I'm taking the Nanyang Research Programme mainly because i wanna study Physics and Mathematics at an in-depth level. The other plus point is that it can be coverted into a H3 subject of which if i do well, can accrue a lot of points for my A levels point system.
Well I'm pretty glad that I managed to write something here after such a long break. I'd definitely try to update on my blog as regularly as possible even though i know few to none actually visit my blog. LOL
